Wir haben den niederländischen IT-Rechtler Walter van Holst dazu eingeladen, ein Open Chaos zur EU-Urheberrechtsrefom zu halten. Die Veranstaltung findet in englischer Sprache statt.
Copyright reform threatens fundamental rights, both offline and online. Cologne already has had substantial street protests against it, especially the uploadfilters in the proposal. For a bit more of a deep-dive into the substance of the proposal we have a speaker from EDRi-member Vrijschrift, who will discuss uploadfilters and other shortcomings of the proposal in an interactive session.
